Four Decades of Growth
Foundation
Achoru Associates established in Jos, Plateau State. Registered under the Business Names Act (Reg. No. 12495). Operations begin in valuation and agency services.
NIESV Accreditation
Firm attains full registration with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Principal Partner awarded Fellowship (FIESV).
Abuja Expansion
Branch office opened in Abuja's Wuse II district to serve the growing Federal Capital Territory market and government clients.
Lagos & Onitsha
South-west and south-east offices established in Lagos (Fadeyi) and Onitsha, completing the nationwide four-office footprint.
Facility Management
