ACHORU ASSOCIATES is a Firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Auctioneers and Facility Managers with Head Office at No, 4/6 Beach Road, Jos and Branch Offices at No, 6 Adetokumblo Ademola Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, Hanaco Plaza, 113, Ikorodu Road, Fadeyi, Lagos, and No, 30, Limca Road, Nkopr-Onitsha.

It was established in 1983 and registered under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1961 with Registration Number No. 12495. It now has Staff Strength of over 40 and the firm’s activities cover all aspects of Real Estate practice, such as Facility Management, Finance and Pre-investment Studies, Valuation for all Purposes including Plant and Machinery, Agency, Rating, and Development Proposals, from Inception to Completion.

The Principal Partner, Chief Mike Achoru in whose name, the Firm is registered was elected a Professional Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 1977 and elevated to a Fellow of the Institute in 1991. Chief Achoru was registered by the Estate Surveyors and Registration Board of Nigeria in 1978 and has been in professional practice for Thirty-Six (36) years. He served as Plateau State Chairman of the Institution for Seven (7) years as well as a council member of the National Body.
