He graduated with B.Sc Second Class Upper Estate Management in 1975 from the University of Nigeria. Mr. Mike Achoru won the University Foundation Scholarship after his first year for his Academic Excellence and in his second year, the Federal Government Special Scholarship.

He worked as Development Surveyor, Knight Frank & Rutley (Nigeria), Lagos from 1976 to 1978, Senior Surveyor Valuation from 1978 to 1980, Branch Manager, Knight Frank & Rutley (Nigeria), Jos 1980 to 1982, Associate Partner, Knight Frank & Rutley (Nigeria) from 1982 to 1983. Resigned from Knight Frank & Rutley (Nigeria) in September, 1983 for Achoru Associates as Principal Partner.

Mr. Mike Achoru is the oldest registered Surveyor in Plateau State, a Fellow of the Institution, the Principal Partner of Achoru Associates, and a former Council Member of the Institution.

MR. CHARLES CHIGBU, H.N.D (ESTATE MANAGEMENT), ARVA.
He graduated from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri in 1994 as the best all-around student in the School of Environmental Studies. He joined Achoru   Associates in 1994 for National Youth Service and today is the Manager, Abuja Office and the co-ordinating consultant for our various Power Generation       Power Distribution Assets Valuation for both the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission and Rivers, Oyo, Nasarawa, Sokoto, and Imo State Governments, etc.

MR. MIKE AFAM ACHORU, B.SC (HONS), M.SC, ANIVS.
He graduated with B. Sc Second Class (Lower) Estate Management from Enugu State University and M.Sc Construction Management from the University of Jos. He joined Achoru Associates in 2005 and is an Associate Member of the Institute.

MR. MIKE BENZER CHOJI, HND (ESTATE MANAGEMENT), ARVA.
He graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1986 with HND Lower Credit in Estate Management. He joined Achoru Associates on graduation and now works as Deputy Head, Valuation Department.

MR. I.K OKORONKWO, HND (ESTATE MANAGEMENT), ANIVS.
He graduated from the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri in 1986 with HND Lower Credit in Estate Management. He joined Achorus Associates on graduation and is the Onitsha Branch Manager.

MR. DAVID ISHAKU, B.TECH (HONS), ARVA.
He graduated from Abubakar  Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi  Estate Management Department in 2006, He joined Achoru Associates from  Daniyan and Associates in 2009 and is an invaluable member of our valuation team.
